Made in the U.S.A. This little electric heater has a strong magnet to stick to the bottom of the steel pan and a long cord to reach a 110v outlet. It is rated at 180w. It can reach 400 degrees so do not touch it when plugged in. If you live in a freezing sub-zero climate, this may not be enough.
