STC100 SVO conversion. STC stands for "Single Tank Conversion" (meaning you will use just the factory tank for both diesel and vegetable oil). 100 is our introductory short kit (meaning it is not complete; You will have to supply some easily obtained components). SVO stands for "straight vegetable oil." Which can be either new oil or waste cooking oil. This is NOT biodiesel. PLEASE NOTE: Experience required. This is not a beginner's kit. You will need a good understanding of the diesel fuel system and automotive electrical wiring ( or someone to help who does). You will also need electrical wiring tools and additional wiring terminals to complete the installation successfully. - Large Heavy duty fitler with extra elements to filter the SVO
- Aluminum bracket assembly kit with hardware to hold the filter and boost heater (optional)
- Fuel hose kit with special crimp clamps and tool, along with special valving
- Auxiliary electrical kit to run the pump and boost heater, separate from the car's electrical system
- Full detailed video instructions for the above three kits

If you plan to drive in cold climates (freezing and below), you will need to add a fuel boost heater to heat the vegetable oil fuel before it enters the injection pump. See related products below to order separately.
The full kit can be divided into 3 kits with distinct phases of installation. The first phase is to install the SVO fuel filter with the brackets and hardware included.
The second phase is to install the fuel hose and valve routing kit. Not sure if you can do this? Kent's 2-part detailed video instructions are almost one hour long. You will have detailed step-by-step video instructions. You will need to install a fuel boost heater of your choice or you can purchase the Flowglow heater Kent has developed. The final phase will require installing the wiring and electrical components to power your boost fuel pump and SVO fuel heater. The fuel boost pump shown is included. Only the key components are included in this kit. You will need to supply your own terminal connections, some additional wiring, and hardware. Kent's detailed video instructions will walk you through the installation step-by-step.

FlowGlow SVO Fuel Boost Heater with Thermostat Control
Kent calls this his "flowglow" because it is a straight flow-through fuel heater that uses a glow plug to produce the heat. Since the glow plug is submerged in vegetable oil fuel, it is very efficient and will last a long time.
