Why Take Off All 4 Door Panels?
Power window regulators, vacuum door lock diaphragms, check straps, chrome door pulls, clean drains, inside rust, latch assemblies, lube all moving parts, closing adjustment, and window tracks. Why not just do all four doors at the same time, fix everything and be done with it. You will just save time not having to deal with future issues that keep coming up. Makes sense to me.
