Those old plastic film liners always seem to be torn, ripped, and downright ugly. Making a new one that is stronger than the original is not as hard as you think. Most models from the early 1960s right up into the late 1990's use the same type of plastic film liner material that is glued to the door. The video covers materials to use, how to set up the initial cuts, how to glue it on with the proper glue, how to make clean holes for all the panel snaps and clips and screws, and how to trim it up properly.
