CHECK YOUR WIRES BEFORE ORDERING! - These are a match for the original wires. Sometimes wires and caps get changed that are not original. Below you will see both close ups of the male plug that goes into the distributor cap and the female cap that goes onto the end of the spark plug ( note the small hole that goes onto the spark plug threads after the aluminum cap has been removed from the spark plug).

There are two types of distributor caps used from 1970 to 1980. If your cap is orange/brown like the one on the left then these wires will work for your engine. If you cap is black like the one on the right DO NOT ORDER these wires. See related products below for the 1973 to 1980 ignition wire set.

This is the end that fits on the threads of the spark plug. Notice the small clip.

These will fit all 1970 to 1975 3.5 and 4.5  V8 engines with D-Jetronic fuel injection (electronic). Do not use off-brand, platinum or any other "special" spark plug.
