These plugs will NOT work on your original injectors. They will ONLY work on our new replacements (see below). These plugs are a good alternative to the damaged originals on your D-Jetronic fuel-injected engine only if you are installing our new injectors. We provide 16 good-quality crimp connectors and heat-shrink tubing. You can cut the wires to any length that best works for splicing. NOTE: If your injection system has two white wires plugging into the fuel injectors, your wiring harness is non-polarity sensitive. That means it does not matter which wire goes to which contact.

This is what the finished plug will look like when installed on an injector.
You will need a GOOD wire stripper, a GOOD crimping tool to make a tight crimp, and a heat gun to shrink the tubing. Test each connector by pulling on the wire before covering it with shrink tubing. The shrink tubing does help prevent them from loosening up due to the engine head and vibration. I offer a tool kit for doing this wiring if you do not have a good one. See related products below.
Strip the wires back slightly less than 1/4 inch and crimp securely while holding the wire tight into the connector.
They have a locking spring so they cannot fall off. NOTE: To release the lock you have to push up on the bottom of the spring before pulling the plug off the injector.
This connector is much better than the original. The plug locks onto the injector and covering provides better heat protection that the original rubber boots.
