This is not an easy or quick job. The intake manifold has to be removed to even get to the plugs. Kent simplifies the process for you by offering these clear step-by-step illustrated instructions. As well as new glow plugs you will need a replacement intake manifold gasket. Be sure to have a glow plug reamer on hand because this is the time you will want to do the carbon removal as well. If you install new plugs in a heavily carboned prechamber the glow plug could burn out again prematurely. This manual is 14 pages in length with a total of 38 pictures and is downloadable.
